'GLOW & GROW' is a caffeine-free herbal loose leaf pregnancy tea containing: Raspberry leaf  - known to tone the uterus, ease morning sickness and assist childbirth. Nettle - a digestive aid and hair replenisher, also eases leg cramps and backache. Rose buds - a vitamin C-rich relaxant. Rosehips - a rich source of vitamin C, helps relieve. Ginger - a emedy for nausea I& may help constipation.
