Hi, I'm Lyndsay a proud Aussie Mum! At 25yo, I started 'Zenigma Massage & Wellness' on the sunny Gold Coast with the offering of healing mind, body & soul through Advanced Bodywork Therapy, Meditation & Natural Therapies.
In my teens, I suffered a nervous breakdown and was admitted to a rehab with anorexia nervosa. This was a life changing opportunity for me to do the inner work of undoing trauma and rebuilding myself as the strong, healthy woman I knew I was meant to be, hence the unfolding of my life's purpose.
Having experienced healing in such a life changing & transformative way, I then immersed myself in years of healing work. I am authentically aligned with my calling and Zenigma's Philosophy of empowering people towards better health & wellbeing. In amongst all that, I became a Midwife, a Real Wife (lol), Mother of 3 and the Founder & Co-Director of eco-conscious & award winning LiveSmart Consructions P/L!
My Zenigma Massage & Wellness Studio in Main Beach Gold Coast is still operating with dynamic & highly skilled therapists. Now we have the NEW & exciting addition of Healthy Hampers, this means, not only do we have all your healing needs covered but we can share the healing far beyond our GC Wellness Studio x
